FAVORITE RECOVERY METHOD I like to do yoga to recover. I find it helps with muscle soreness while also giving me a good stretch. It’s a low-intensity exercise kind of so my muscles are still toned and shapely!

FAVORITE THINGS TO DO AFTER EXERCISE Well it’s actually weird but most of the time I want to exercise again. Like I can’t stop once I start. I don’t know if that’s good or bad. But NORMALLY, I love to take a nap or EAT, ESPECIALLY EAT! It’s like the first thing I do. That’s about it.
